Agencies and brands that work with creators under contract often focus on a single moment: recruitment, where tools like Kolsquare or Favikon help find the right profile. Once the contract is signed, tracking too often shrinks to a manual end-of-campaign report. Yet knowing on an ongoing basis whether a partner creator keeps performing, and spotting as soon as one of their videos stands out, changes how you manage the relationship. The tools below cover one or the other of these two moments.

What to expect from a creator performance tracking tool

Automatic detection of standout videos. When a video from a creator under contract clearly outperforms, you want to spot it fast so you can build on it (a follow-up, an extended partnership) instead of waiting for a quarterly report.

A measure relative to each creator. A micro-creator with 10,000 followers who pulls 200,000 views can be a far better partnership than a big account getting its usual 2 million views. Comparing each creator with their own median keeps your judgment from tilting toward the biggest accounts.

Cross-platform tracking if your creators post on several networks. Many partner creators post on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts in parallel.

How to read this comparison

This comparison separates influencer discovery and campaign management tools (Kolsquare, Favikon), designed to find creators and sign them, from long-term performance tracking tools (Creadar, Shortimize, Metricool), designed to tell you whether a creator already under contract keeps performing well. Sandcastles, a content research tool, is included for its separate workspaces per client. Prices are as of October 2026. Creadar is our product: we rated it with the same criteria as the other tools, and its limits are listed in its card.

The best creator performance tracking tools

Creadar

Outperformance detection after signing

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Starting price €18/month

Creadar is built for the second half of the problem: once a creator is under contract, you add them to a watchlist and Creadar automatically monitors their posts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Every video whose views or engagement reach 3 times the median of its creator’s last 20 eligible videos is flagged as an outlier in your dashboard and video feed, so you can see within a day when a partnership sparks a real spike in interest instead of waiting for an end-of-campaign report.

Best for Agencies and brands that already have creators under contract and want to see which of their videos outperform, alongside a discovery tool such as Kolsquare or Favikon

Strengths

  • Automatic outperformance detection for each creator
  • Cross-platform watchlists to follow every creator in a roster in one view
  • Engagement rate calculated for you, to judge the quality of the interaction a partnership generates
  • Plans sized for rosters of 10 to 100 creators

Limitations

  • Creadar doesn’t search for new creators by keyword or niche and doesn’t score profiles before signing: it only analyzes the accounts added to a watchlist
  • No creator payments or contract management
  • New product

Pricing Starter at €18/month (10 tracked creators), Creator at €35/month (30 creators), Pro at €95/month (100 creators). One-time free preview of 3 accounts, no credit card required. Public pricing, October 2026

For an agency, this replaces manually checking its creators’ accounts: every video that breaks from the creator’s usual baseline is flagged, whether the post is sponsored or not.
